Spam linked to diabetes risk in Native Americans
Indians who frequently ate processed meat — a common food on reservations subsidized by the government — had an increased risk of developing diabetes.
I think this is a warning sign towards my life regarding meat. I’m not in the mood for any meat products as of lately. The signs is evident. Mayn I almost bought this spam thing this morning.
